My wife and I had the most delicious dinner at Sushi 1!! It’s truly a hidden gem with the most accommodating staff. This was our first time here, but it definitely won’t be the last!! The sushi was extremely fresh and very flavorful. The ambience was low key and very serene! We look forward to our next visit!!

Had dinner here last night. What a surprise at the delightful find. We had an early dinner and there were seats available. I definitely recommend a reservation if it's during a prime time for dining. We were seated and offered to order drinks. We perused the menu and had the edamame, fried vegetable gyoza and steamed shrimp shumai for appetizers. Every came out pretty quickly. I thought the gyoza would be pan fried not deep fried, but they were tasty. For dinner we had the chicken teriyaki, the tuna/hama sushi dinner and a spicy yellowtail roll. Everything was really tasty. The chicken was a little over cooked, but still yummy. I wish they had low-sodium soy sauce. The portions were great. For dessert we had 1 green tea and red bean mochi. We will definitely return.

Always on point. Fish is absolutely amazing and this family has been serving sushi here, I believe since the late 70’s. In terms of sushi, it’s the best in the Hamptons and if they were in the city, they’d be a top 10 spot. They also have great beer on tap.

If you want the best quality and freshest Sushi... this place is it! No question,hands down the best sushi you can get. They are very busy so make reservations if you can! Or be prepared to wait. So worth it. Family run by the Kim's who are sweet and friendly and care about the quality of what they serve. Highly recommend Best dishes: Hampton Roll Sashimi Special But everything is excellent

Yoko and family and wonderful, the food is delicious and authentic. We've been coming here for years and have never had a meal that wasn't excellent.

Good sushi and sashimi and good service. Small restaurant. Just visited again and had very good service and the food was very good. Also. One of the best miso soups and my avocado salad for $9 was covered on top with avocado. I eat keto so I didn't have rolls but the ones coming out of the kitchen looked awesome. The sashimi salmon is $3.50 a piece but it's a good portion size without being too thick. My husband's eel hand roll had a good size piece of eel in it and he said a spicy tuna roll was very good.

LOVE this restaurant. Everything was so fresh and delicious! Great service. They have been here 30 years and it’s easy to see why. The prices are also very good.
